Doing things you like

Doing things that you enjoy can help relieve stress. It takes your mind off of the things that stress you and let you feel relaxed. After calming down and resting for a bit. things that seem stressful won't seem as stressful anymore. 

Doing things that you like are always a way to keep a smile on your face. It calms you down and lets you enjoy it too. Not only do you have fun, it also allows your brain to refocus and restart. This makes everything seem less stressful and more realistic to do. 

As long as what you like to do isn't harming your health it would be fine to use as a natural stress reliever!


HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

While doing things that you like is a healthy way of relieving stress, sometimes it may not be enough. Living a healthy lifestyle is also key in being stress free and lessening anxiety.

Eating three meals a day with enough nutrients and protein each day is great for the body. Drinking eight cups of water is also key. Cutting down on caffeine is a choice that not only relieves stress, but also makes you feel better. Another way is to complete;y erase alcohol from your diet. 

Lots of exercise is proven to be beneficial in reducing anxiety. Meditation can also help. Practicing deep breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth is also a good way to calm the mind. Getting enough sleep is good to preserve a healthy, happy body!
