Stress vs Anxiety

What'S THE DIFFERENCE?

While many people often confuse stress and anxiety they are two very different things. Stress is a response to an external cause while anxiety is a response to an internal cause. Stress is usually cause by things such as due dates or projects and usually subsides after the problem is solved. Anxiety; however, is a feeling of 'apprehension or dread' in situations that are not harmful such as everyday actions. In addition to this, anxiety usually does not fade away after the problem has passed. Anxiety is generally far more serious than stress because of it;s disorders, and phobias. However, either one is unhealthy physically and mentally.
